Job Title: Food & Beverage Server (Cafe)
Responsibilities:Guest Service: Warmly greet, seat, and assist customers; answer questions about menu, specials, and ingredients.Order Management: Take accurate food and drink orders, relay to kitchen/bar, and ensure timely, efficient delivery.Sales & Promotion: Suggest menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and sales.Payment Processing: Handle cash and card transactions accurately, presenting bills.Cleanliness & Setup: Maintain clean tables, dining areas, and workstations; assist with opening/closing duties.Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members for smooth operations.Compliance: Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations. Qualifications:Experience: Prior server or customer service experience preferred.Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail; POS system knowledge.Attributes: Friendly, positive attitude, reliable, calm under pressure, well-groomed appearance.Physical: Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods in varying environments.
