Post : Human Resource Manager Education : MBA in HR any Relevant Field Experience : 05 Years or Above in Automotive Industry Salary : 35K to 50K Location : Jamnagar, Gujrat Industry : Automobile Part Manufacturing Industry * Thorough understanding of all legal compliance applicable like ER 1, Form A1,Form D, Form 25, Form 21,PF Act, Gratuity Act, Form III, Patrak 2 ,Form C, Form 18, Page 10, Form 85, * In -depth knowledge of the Factories Act 1948 and its applications. * Proficiency in computing salaries including statutory deductions and other components. * Experience in conducting performance appraisals and managing performance review processes. * Ability to design and implement training and development programs for new and existing employees. * Expertise in conducting comprehensive induction programs for new employees. * Knowledge of other HR functions such as employee engagement , grievance handling, and maintaining employee records. * comprehensive knowledge and experience in managing the complete recruitment process.
