In the role of a Food & Beverage Server at Executive Cafe, your main responsibilities include: - **Guest Service:** Warmly greet, seat, and assist customers; answer questions about menu, specials, and ingredients. - **Order Management:** Take accurate food and drink orders, relay to kitchen/bar, and ensure timely, efficient delivery. - **Sales & Promotion:** Suggest menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and sales. - **Cleanliness & Setup:** Maintain clean tables, dining areas, and workstations; assist with opening/closing duties. - **Teamwork:** Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members for smooth operations. - **Compliance:** Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations. To qualify for this position, you should ideally have: - **Experience:** Prior server or customer service experience preferred. - **Skills:** Excellent communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail; POS system knowledge. - **Attributes:** Friendly, positive attitude, reliable, calm under pressure, well-groomed appearance. - **Physical:** Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods in varying environments.
