Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled F & B Executive to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage operations, with excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage daily food and beverage operations for efficient service delivery.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in food and beverage operations within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with customers and staff.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues.
