Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an F & B Executive located in Delhi, India. The F & B Executive will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department. Duties include managing staff, ensuring high standards of food and service, maintaining health and safety standards, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. The F & B Executive will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, managing budgets, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food and Beverage Management, including staff management and inventory control
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
