As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing the store operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the store and achieve sales upgradation targets in alignment with the business plans. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of the store premises and managing all store equipment to facilitate operational flow. - Executing shifts in the store as per the agreed plan and effectively planning staff deployment during shifts. - Implementing local sales marketing strategies such as door hanging, newspaper insertion, and corporate calling to boost sales. - Conducting regular staff meetings to ensure team motivation and coordination. - Generating various reports on food cost, inventory, wastage, and profit & loss to monitor store performance. - Handling day-to-day operations, shift management, inventory, and food cost effectively. Qualifications, Experience, & Skills: - Willingness to work in any store across the central region. - Age limit: 18-28 years. - Flexibility to work in shifts.
