Restaurant Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for planning and carrying out operations of the store to ensure smooth functioning and sales upgradation. Your main focus will be to maintain high standards in alignment with the agreed business plans. Additionally, you will oversee the upkeep of store premises, manage equipment, execute shifts, plan staff deployment, and conduct local sales marketing activities. Moreover, you will be accountable for staff meetings, motivation, and preparing various reports related to food cost, inventory, wastage, and P&L.
