Job Title: Restaurant Manager – South Indian Vegetarian Restaurant

Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu

About Us:
We are launching a brand-new, authentic South Indian Vegetarian Restaurant in Salem, bringing traditional flavors with a modern dining experience. To lead our operations, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager who can ensure smooth functioning, uphold quality standards, and create an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations including dining, kitchen coordination, staff management, and customer service.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
• Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff with a focus on efficiency and teamwork.
• Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Manage inventory, vendor relations, and cost control to maximize profitability.
• Implement SOPs, service protocols, and quality benchmarks for consistent operations.
• Plan promotions, special menus, and strategies to boost sales and brand reputation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager/Operations Manager in reputed restaurants or F&B establishments (experience in South Indian cuisine will be a strong advantage).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, and compliance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
