Restaurant Manager

As an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff management, and maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: - Supervising daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning. - Managing and training restaurant staff including chefs, servers, and housekeeping. - Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. - Handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Monitoring inventory and coordinating with suppliers for timely procurement. - Managing cash flow, billing, and daily sales reports. - Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. - Planning promotions, special events, or offers to increase sales. - Working closely with the kitchen team to maintain quality and cost control. - Scheduling shifts and managing staff attendance. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager (2-5 years preferred). - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Good knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service. - Basic accounting and inventory management skills. - Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively. - Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
