Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive to manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including warehouse management, procurement, vendor development, logistics, documentation, and compliance audits. The role involves ensuring timely procurement and movement of raw materials from warehouse to factory and factory to market while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching raw materials.
• Handle logistics coordination for movement of raw materials between warehouse, factory, and market.
• Procure raw materials from existing and new vendors, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
• Identify and develop new vendors to build a reliable and competitive supplier base.
• Maintain inventory control, ensuring accuracy in stock levels and timely replenishments.
• Prepare and maintain documentation and reporting for procurement, logistics, and warehouse activities.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth flow of materials and information.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to drive cost savings and efficiency.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of supply chain, procurement, and logistics operations
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office
• Good understanding of vendor negotiation and development
• Knowledge of audit and compliance processes in supply chain
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills

Education:

• Graduate in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Commerce / Engineering
