Key Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse and logistics operations, including shipment receipts, order management, picking, and inventory order fulfilment.
• Prepare and process Invoices, GRNs, and STOs.
• Ensure thorough and timely dispatch of orders within specified timelines.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of SAP (especially relevant modules) and MS Office.
• Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports such as Sales Report, Dispatch Report, Stock Report, Delivery Report, and Ageing Report.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
• Negotiate and finalize freight contracts with transporters periodically.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
• Implement process improvements with strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs.
• Manage warehouse operations efficiently; experience as Warehouse In-charge is preferred.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and health regulations.
• Conduct daily/monthly stock audit and maintain zero variance.
• Address customer and principal company queries effectively and in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized and clean warehouse facilities to support efficient workflow.
• Continually identify opportunities to improve warehousing processes and implement best practices.

Education

• Graduation in any stream
• MBA in Operations (preferred)

Experience

• 3 to 5 years

  of relevant experience in
• Agrochemical industries.

Key Skills Required

• Strong communication skills for vendor and supplier management.
• Leadership and team-handling skills.
• ERP/SAP (R/3) software knowledge — especially in:
• Good Receipt Note (GRN)
• Invoice Creation
• Sales Return
• QR Code Scanning & Processing
• MS Office proficiency
• Strong record-keeping abilities (files, registers, GRNs, invoices, PODs)
• Warehouse expense handling
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
