Role & responsibilities Monitor daily operations of sachet filling and packaging machines. Ensure production targets and schedules are met efficiently. Ensure shampoo sachets meet quality standards (volume, seal integrity, labeling, etc.) Coordinate with QA/QC teams to resolve any deviations or quality issues. Maintain production logs, downtime records, and batch documentation. Submit daily/shift-wise production reports to management. Knowledge of VFFS machine & Multi-Track machine. Preferred candidate profile Candidate Preferred from FMCG Industry This is a shift-based role, and candidates must be willing to work across all three shifts.
