Title: Officer - Production Position: Maintenance and Boiler Incharge Location: Perundurai Company: Marico Limited Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance and Boiler Incharge with a minimum of 3-8 years of relevant experience and a compulsory B certificate in Boiler Operation. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (D.Mech) or equivalent qualification. In this role, he will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations and boiler system management to ensure the efficient and safe functioning of equipment and machinery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance Management: Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment. Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules. Troubleshoot and address breakdowns promptly. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Collaborate with the maintenance team to achieve operational efficiency. 2. Boiler Operation: Operate and maintain the boiler system in compliance with safety regulations. Monitor boiler performance and make necessary adjustments. Ensure the safety of all boiler operations. Conduct routine checks and inspections. Supervise and lead a team of boiler operators and technicians. 3. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. Promote and enforce safety practices in all maintenance and boiler operations. Identify and mitigate potential hazards. Participate in safety training and awareness programs. Qualifications and Experience: B certificate in Boiler Operation is mandatory. 3-6 years of experience in maintenance and boiler operations. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (D.Mech) or equivalent qualification. Strong technical knowledge of boiler systems and maintenance practices. Proven leadership and team management skills. Effective problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
