Job Description

Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals.
Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, inventory, and logistics.
Optimize vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Monitor supply chain performance using KPIs and implement process improvements.
Coordinate with production, sales, finance, and logistics teams to forecast demand and manage supply.
Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and industry standards.
Oversee import/export activities and customs clearance when required.
Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks in supply chain disruptions.
Manage and mentor the supply chain team to ensure professional growth and efficiency.
Implement digital tools and ERP systems for better tracking and reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
6–8 years of proven experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and supply chain management software.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
