Role Description

Outbound Operations, Planning vehicles Invoicing , Tracking of consignments.

• Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans to optimize supply chain operations
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude towards learning
• Proficiency with supply chain management software and tools

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling warehousing and logistics operations in outbound, with the help of respective team and vendors across all sales verticals like D2C, B2B (Retail, Quick commerce, Modern trade, exports etc.) etc.

• Ensuring the proper replenishment of inventory across all warehouses

• Ensuring TATs are maintained across warehouses and logistics with respect to service level and cost

• Handling returns

• Monthly Stock auditing

• Load Planning in B2B Dispatches with respect to service level and cost.

• Inventory Management

• Vendor Payment

• Handling stakeholders like sales team, customer happiness, vendors, higher management and ground team etc.

• B2B Invoicing

• Ensuring all SOPs are properly followed in warehouses and logistics.

• Outbound Supply Chain Expansion planning and execution as per business growth.

• Team building - New Supply Chain hiring, new vendor onboarding etc.

• Slow moving stock monitoring, liquidation planning and execution
