About the Role We’re looking for an experienced and driven Trade Marketing Manager to lead all trade-facing initiatives across our stockists, distributors, retailers, and on-ground sales teams. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing promotions, improving visibility at the point of sale, and enabling sales teams and partners to push throughput across our retail footprint. This is a strategic and execution-heavy role, ideal for someone with at least 3 years of relevant experience in FMCG trade marketing, who understands both the frontline reality of retail and the performance metrics behind trade investments . Why Join Cookd • Own and scale the trade marketing function at a brand that’s growing fast • Work with a young, agile team that combines content, commerce, and execution • Drive visibility, influence purchase behavior, and unlock throughput across retail • Experience real ownership and learn how to build trade impact from the ground up Who We’re Looking For • 3+ years of experience in FMCG trade marketing, sales, or channel development • Strong understanding of the GT/MT landscape, trade schemes, and in-store execution • Experience with planning and executing regional campaigns and trade events • Analytical and outcome-oriented, with a solid grip on ROI metrics • A relationship-builder who can manage internal teams, field staff, and external trade partners • Comfortable with travel, field visits, and on-ground troubleshooting What You’ll Do • Plan and execute trade campaigns across distributors, stockists, and retail stores • Design and roll out incentive programs and promotional schemes for sales teams • Improve in-store visibility through POS materials, displays, branding, and activations • Work closely with retail partners on joint marketing initiatives and tailored offers • Conduct trade shows, events, and seasonal campaigns across regions • Train and support field staff, promoters, and distribution partners • Track sales performance, campaign ROI, and market share growth by region • Recommend and manage tailored trade discounts and schemes based on local insights KPIs You’ll Own • Market share growth per region and per store • Sales volume and throughput per outlet • Incremental lift from promotions and campaigns • ROI on trade spends and cost per incremental rupee • Share of shelf, OOS rate, and availability • Revenue directly attributed to trade initiatives
