Trade Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

Formulation and Implementation of Trade Marketing and Distribution Plans for Levista in GT, MT and Institutions, thereby driving the business objectives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure planning and execution of monthly trade circular and activation calendar for Levista business basis marketing plan and sales requirement

• Design the approach to monitor trade effectiveness by setting up evaluation metrics

• Design & build brand-wise / activity wise trade budgets for GT, MT & Institution and monitor spend vs. budget

• Lead and drive key retail royalty program in GT; monitor Institution Accounts spends vs sales

• Manage the MT Chains, effectiveness and spends along with monthly MT Promos

• Bizom To co-ordinate and drive the implementation of Bizom, by defining the metrics (coverage, UBO, productivity etc) by states and linking up with the Vendor for continuous enhancement and reporting.

• Develop insights on Levista Brand and SKU wise sales by states along with competition - through benchmarking, developing competition dashboard

• Forecasting Improvement of Forecasting accuracy

• Driving the Vending Machine Installation; Effectiveness and Sales

• Develop plans for trade engagement- through sampling and activations.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• Key Retail Royalty Program in GT, MT and Institution Accounts; Machine Performance

• Effectiveness of Trade Spends Budget Vs Actuals

• Quality of Implementation of Bizom

Preferred candidate profile

MBA Marketing

Should have 3-4 years of Trade Marketing Experience in General Trade along with Sales

6-8 years
