Role & responsibilities

Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Achievement

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Ensure growth in primary and secondary sales.

Market Development

Identify and develop new distributors and retail outlets.
Increase product visibility and availability across the territory.

Distribution Management

Ensure proper stock levels and timely supply to distributors.
Track stock movement, monitor orders, and reduce returns/damages.

Promotional Activities

Execute trade promotions and merchandising activities.
Support marketing campaigns at the ground level.

Reporting & Analysis

Submit daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.

Customer Relationship

Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Team Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams like logistics, accounts, and marketing.
Support new team members or promoters in the field.
