Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development Executive at our Kasauli location. The Research and Development Executive will be responsible for conducting sensory evaluations, leading research and development projects, and applying food technology and food science principles to develop new products and enhance existing ones. The role also involves designing and conducting experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals. Qualifications Sensory Evaluation skills Research and Development (R&D) and Research Development skills Food Technology and Food Science skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Science, or a related field Experience in the healthcare or beauty industry is a plus
