1. Strategic Oversight and Team Leadership
- Develop and drive strategies for sourcing, quality assurance, supply chain optimization, and after-sales service.
- Lead, guide, and oversee respective team members in executing plans and achieving targets.
- Ensure accountability and performance across all related functions while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Monitor progress and provide strategic direction to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
2. Proven Expertise in Process Implementation
- Demonstrate a strong track record of successfully implementing processes that drive efficiency and operational excellence.
- Establish and refine workflows and procedures to enhance overall performance.
- Align process improvements with business objectives and ensure their sustainability.
3. Comprehensive Product Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the 360-degree product lifecycle, from vendor sourcing to post-sales service delivery.
- Ensure cross-functional coordination for seamless product development, quality assurance, logistics, and customer satisfaction.
4. Quality Assurance Leadership
- Supervise the Quality Department to maintain high product standards and cost-effectiveness.
- Set quality benchmarks and ensure compliance through regular audits and reviews.
- Lead initiatives to reduce defects and enhance product reliability.
5. Sourcing Strategy Development
- Design and implement sourcing strategies that balance cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Identify and onboard best-in-class vendors for existing and new product categories.
- Establish long-term partnerships with suppliers to support sustainable growth.
6. Supplier Management
- Oversee supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality and timely deliveries.
- Drive performance improvement initiatives and resolve supplier-related disputes effectively.
- Regularly evaluate supplier capabilities and align them with organizational goals.
7. Supply Chain Optimization
- Strategize and oversee the execution of supply chain plans to meet demand forecasts.
- Guide teams to optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehousing teams to ensure smooth operations.
8. Inventory Management
- Provide strategic direction for inventory forecasting and optimization.
- Oversee inventory control measures to prevent stock-outs and reduce excess inventory.
- Analyze trends across FBA, FBF, and in-house warehouses to make proactive adjustments.
9. Warehousing and Distribution
- Lead teams to coordinate with logistics partners for cost-effective transportation.
- Ensure optimization of transportation routes and compliance with regulations.
- Guide warehousing operations to achieve efficient storage and distribution practices.
10. After-Sales Services Management
- Supervise the after-sales services team to ensure timely and efficient customer support.
- Develop strategies to reduce customer complaints and enhance service satisfaction.
- Monitor service metrics and guide improvements in response times and issue resolutions.
11. Cost Management
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and guide teams in implementing efficiency initiatives.
- Analyze cost drivers and establish metrics for continuous performance tracking.
- Ensure cost management aligns with overall business goals.
12. Process Improvement and Innovation
- Lead efforts to identify opportunities for process optimization across sourcing and supply chain functions.
- Drive adoption of innovative practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain improvements.
13. Compliance and Risk Management
- Oversee adherence to laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.
- Establish controls and best practices to safeguard operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Sourcing and Supply Chain Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in process implementation and driving operational excellence.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and G-Suite applications.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
