The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing our brand and image, driving sales and traffic, and creating marketing plans to increase customer engagement and loyalty. The marketing manager will work closely with other cross-functional teams and collaborate with external agencies and vendors. Marketing Budgeting: Develop and manage annual marketing budgets in line with company goals and financial targets. Monitor and optimize marketing expenditures to ensure efficient allocation of resources and minimize CAC. Conduct regular budget reviews and adjustments based on performance and market dynamics. Customer Acquisition: Implement targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives to attract and acquire new customers across diverse demographics. Utilize market research and customer insights to identify key customer segments and optimize acquisition strategies. Evaluate the effectiveness of customer acquisition channels and adjust marketing efforts accordingly. Customer Retention and Loyalty: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Manage customer loyalty programs and initiatives to drive repeat purchases and increase customer lifetime value. Monitor customer feedback and sentiment to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience. Brand Building: Develop and execute brand-building strategies to enhance brand awareness and equity across all touchpoints.
