Job Summary: The Head of E-Commerce will be responsible for developing and executing the e-commerce strategy for our organic product line. This role will focus on driving online sales growth, optimizing customer experience, and ensuring seamless operations across our digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with overall business objectives, focusing on organic products. Team Management : Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Sales Performance Analysis : Monitor KPIs, analyze sales data, and provide insights to enhance online performance and profitability. User Experience Optimization : Oversee website design and functionality, ensuring an intuitive and engaging shopping experience that highlights our organic offerings. Digital Marketing Strategy : Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective digital marketing campaigns, focusing on SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing. Product Management : Ensure accurate product listings, descriptions, and promotions that reflect our brand values and resonate with our target audience. Inventory and Fulfillment Management : Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient order fulfillment. Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities in the organic market. Cross-Department Collaboration : Work with IT, finance, and other departments to ensure the e-commerce platform aligns with overall business strategies and systems. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the organic or natural products sector. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools. Proven track record of driving online sales growth and optimizing customer experience.
