As the National Sales Manager for the eCommerce channel, your role involves meeting the top line sales objectives and ensuring stock availability with high forecasting accuracy. Your responsibilities include: - Overall responsibility for sales to the eCommerce accounts - Developing and managing the Annual Business plans for the eCommerce Accounts - Setting annual targets for eCommerce and ensuring execution and adherence to Terms Of Trade (ToT) - Managing the Account wise profitability & cost of sales by measuring key accounts profitability and maximizing returns for ANI - Tracking cost of doing business with the eCommerce accounts and suggesting ways of cost reduction - Managing credit index, collections, and ensuring no bad debts - Ensuring settlement of claims / credit notes within the agreed time frame In addition, you will be responsible for delivering successful NPI / Launches through robust plans, taking on the channel & category advisory role, and increasing ANI's share of contribution from existing levels. You will also manage all interfaces with Accounts, develop good relations, and have quarterly performance reviews with the Account. Furthermore, you will initiate and manage process changes, manage industry interfaces, and anticipate trends in the eCommerce industry to gear internal systems and processes accordingly. Organizing Top to Top meetings with the accounts and sharing growth and expansion plans of ANI in India are also part of your responsibilities.,
