to drive large-scale revenue expansion by acquiring and growing high-value enterprise customers across IT infrastructure and digital transformation solutions. This role is built for a commercially sharp professional who thrives on winning new logos, influencing CXO stakeholders, and closing complex, multi-solution deals.You will take ownership of the entire enterprise sales motion—from market mapping and account targeting to deal closure and long-term account expansion.Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Growth & Market Expansion
Identify, target, and win new enterprise accounts across priority industries.Build a robust pipeline focused on large-deal, high-impact opportunities.Develop territory plans and account strategies to drive sustained growth.CXO Engagement & Deal Leadership
Establish trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CFOs, and senior leadership.Lead consultative sales conversations focused on business outcomes, not just products.Own negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract closures for high-value deals.Solution-Led Selling
Drive enterprise sales across a broad infrastructure portfolio, including:Data centers, servers, storage, and networkingCloud, hosting, and hybrid infrastructureCybersecurity and information security solutionsBusiness computing, power systems, and structured cablingSurveillance, AV, and conference room technologiesSoftware licensing, compliance, and enterprise servicesBig data, analytics, and emerging tech solutionsCollaborate with pre-sales and solution architects to deliver tailored proposals.Go-to-Market & Competitive Strategy
Design and execute enterprise go-to-market plans aligned with revenue targets.Track market trends, competitor positioning, and pricing intelligence.Influence solution positioning and bundled offerings to improve win rates.Account Expansion & Relationship Management
Convert new logos into long-term strategic accounts.Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities across the customer lifecycle.Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and solution alignment.What Makes You a Strong Fit
Graduate or MBA with significant experience in enterprise IT infrastructure sales.Proven track record of winning new enterprise customers and closing large, complex deals.Strong hunter mindset with confidence in outbound prospecting and strategic selling.Ability to articulate technical and commercial value to senior stakeholders.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills.Comfortable selling multi-vendor and multi-solution infrastructure portfolios.Core Skills & Expertise
