Job Title: Store Executive Location: Sainikpuri, Secundarabad Job Type: Full-time - 6 Days - 09.00am to 06.30pm Perks : Annual Bonus, PF, Health Insurance, ESI (ESIC) Industry: Manufacturing Salary : As per Market standards, Standard Hike from last drawn Job Summary: We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Executive to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the store's daily operations, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inventory Management: - Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory levels are optimal. - Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies - Goods Inward, Goods outward and inventory management and Minimum stock maintenance. 2. Receipt and Storage: - Receive and inspect incoming materials, ensuring accuracy and quality. - Store materials in designated areas, maintaining cleanliness and organization. 3. Dispatch and Shipping: - Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of materials. - Verify shipment documentation and ensure compliance with regulations. 4. Store Maintenance: - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. 5. Reporting and Analysis: - Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other store-related metrics. - Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 6. Collaboration: - Work closely with production, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations. - Communicate with suppliers and vendors to resolve issues and negotiate deliveries. Requirements: 1. Diploma or degree in Materials Management, Logistics, or related field. 2. Proven experience in store management or materials handling 3. Strong organizational and time management skills. 4. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: 1.
