Job Description

Maintain accurate records of stock levels, conduct regular audits, and reconcile discrepancies.
Supervise unloading, storage, and issuance of raw materials like aluminum profiles, glass panels, hardware, and accessories.
Prepare GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, and maintain stock registers and ERP entries.
Liaise with procurement, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Ensure proper labelling, stacking, and cleanliness of the store area for safety and efficiency.
Monitor packing and dispatch of finished windows, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Maintain records of tools and consumables issued to production staff.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.

What You’ll Need

Intermediate or graduation in any field.
2–4 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in a factory
Basic computer skills, especially Excel and inventory software
Good communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
