Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for fresher candidate to join with our team

Responsibilities and Duties

To understand the background to the objectives and the detail of the commercial strategy and plan.
Maintain and update the commercial database.
Stock Inventory
Follow up with suppliers on Purchase Orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Raise Material Requests immediately based on the requirements received from Production and Maintenance teams.
Update daily stock records, including GRN entry, inward/outward entry, and maintaining the stock ledger accurately.
Issue incoming materials strictly on a First-In First-Out (FIFO) basis.
Maintain store data using Basic to Intermediate Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, FILTER, SUMIF, and optionally Pivot Tables.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

0-2 Years Experience / above hands on experience of Coordinating Domestic Dispatch.
Understanding of Packaging & Storage requirements.
Statutory Requirements of Logistics.
Preparation & cross checking of dispatch documents like Invoice, Delivery Challan based on the Purchase Order.
Knowledge of finished goods inventory.
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month.
