Role & responsibilities :- 1. To assist CPP control room for safe Startup and safe shutdown of equipment following SOP, SOCs & Work instructions and handling emergency scenario effectively by carrying out field operations. 2. Ensuring daily LLF to identify leakages, abnormality or defects in equipment, steam traps, pipes, insulation etc. and communication to DCS engineer / Shift In-charge with possible corrective actions / follow up for corrective actions, giving input for updating shutdown register for needed action. 3. Taking samples of water and steam streams from identified sampling points as per SOP. 4. Assisting control rooms for compliance to IBR rules and requirements for boiler operation and maintenance like IBR shutdown related works, hydro test, steam test, PSV, Trip, Interlocks verification etc.
Carry out back-office operations and assist the sales team and customers in daily operations across the North region. Increase presence and share in customer accounts to drive sales volume. Target new accounts with higher consumption to boost growth. Achieve budgeted sales figures consistently. Coordinate with tyre and non-tyre customers for order processing, scheduling, dispatch reports, invoicing, and documentation. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through efficient back-office support. Generate sales invoices and E-waybills for warehouse customers in the East Zone. Handle shipment entry and parking for warehouse transporters. Maintain accuracy and completeness in all documentation tasks. Follow up with customers for timely payments. Build rapport with purchase and accounts departments of customer organizations. Reduce debtor ageing and improve payment cycles. Conduct regular visits to retail customers beyond transactional interactions. Understand and document customer-specific requirements. Expand customer coverage through consistent engagement.
