Job Description

Carry out back-office operations and assist the sales team and customers in daily operations across the North region.
Increase presence and share in customer accounts to drive sales volume.
Target new accounts with higher consumption to boost growth.
Achieve budgeted sales figures consistently.
Coordinate with tyre and non-tyre customers for order processing, scheduling, dispatch reports, invoicing, and documentation.
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through efficient back-office support.
Generate sales invoices and E-waybills for warehouse customers in the East Zone.
Handle shipment entry and parking for warehouse transporters.
Maintain accuracy and completeness in all documentation tasks.
Follow up with customers for timely payments.
Build rapport with purchase and accounts departments of customer organizations.
Reduce debtor ageing and improve payment cycles.
Conduct regular visits to retail customers beyond transactional interactions.
Understand and document customer-specific requirements.
Expand customer coverage through consistent engagement.
