Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Manager will play a key role in driving sales within the healthcare infrastructure sector, focusing on generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing contracts for our turnkey solutions. This position requires a strategic thinker, result-oriented with experience in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through targeted outreach, networking, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Present and pitch turnkey solutions, including architectural design, interior planning, and execution, to potential clients.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational capabilities.
  • Work closely with the Sales Head to implement the sales strategy and contribute to achieving sales goals.
  • Collaborate with design, project management, and execution teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to project delivery.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to generate new business leads and expand the company’s network.
  • Monitor sales progress, track opportunities, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Head/ Senior Management.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Work Experience:

  • 7 - 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in B2C sales.
  • Experience in the construction, architecture, or healthcare infrastructure sector is highly preferred.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and close large deals.

Technical Skills

  • CRM Tools: Skilled in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
  • Sales Analytics: Proficient in Google Analytics or Excel for tracking performance.
  • Project Management: Familiar with Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
  • Proposal Software: Experience with PandaDoc, Proposify, or DocuSign.
  • MS Office Suite: Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Soft/Behavioral Skills:

  • Business development and lead generation.
