Job Type: Full-time About the role - Are you a self-driven sales leader ready to shape the growth story of a rising tech company in Indias real estate and BFSI ecosystem Were looking for a Sales & Business Development Lead to own client acquisition and relationship building with top BFSI players across India. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on closing deals, building strategic partnerships, and working directly with CXOs and senior decision-makers in Banks and NBFCs. If you love connecting dots, understanding business pain points, and proposing tech-driven solutions this role is tailormade for you. What you will be doing Build strong relationships with senior officials across Banks, NBFCs, and Financial Institutions Pitch and position our AI-driven digital solutions for end-to-end loan lifecycle management (Agri, MSME, LAP, Retail Loans, Home Loans, etc.) Lead client interactions from first pitch to demo, POC, SLA/MSA, and commercial closure Act as a solution consultant understand the clients challenges, pain points, and design the right engagement approach Collaborate with internal product and tech teams to shape offerings that match client needs Travel for in-person meetings, demos, and follow-ups across regions as needed Own the full sales funnel from lead generation to onboarding and upselling Create strong collateral like pitch decks, solution overviews, and proposals Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and drive account expansion Qualification A seasoned B2B sales professional with 68 years of experience, ideally selling to BFSI clients MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred Deep understanding of loan lifecycle management from origination to disbursement (LOS, credit checks, valuation, legal, compliance, etc.) Excellent communicator fluent in English and Hindi; Gujarati is a plus Highly organized, with the ability to multitask across multiple accounts Comfortable handling CXO-level conversations and enterprise solution selling Confident, resourceful, and self-motivated with a get-it-done mindset Willing to travel as needed to drive client acquisition and relationship management Must be willing to travel extensively Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Well versed with key processes involved with the Loan Disbursement / Sanctioning System including working of Loan Origination System (LOS), checks required for authenticating the applicants credentials, In-Principal Approval, Title Search Report (TSR), Valuation, & Post Disbursement Documentation / Compliances Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable solutions through products or services Great networking skills Resourceful, with outstanding research skills Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior
