Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed company revenue targets.
Manage and mentor a team of sales executives/managers across different regions or product lines.
Identify new market opportunities and expand business with existing clients.
Build strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales tactics.
Monitor team performance and provide regular reporting on KPIs and sales forecasts.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
Ensure CRM systems and sales reports are up to date and accurate.
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
