Sr. Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are urgently hiring a Senior Sales Manager with proven experience in interior design or real estate sales. This is an excellent opportunity for confident, results-driven professionals to join a fast-growing interior firm and lead high-value client conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert quality leads from walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Understand client requirements and offer customized interior solutions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and close deals effectively.
• Coordinate with the design and execution teams for smooth project handover.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3–7 years of experience in interior design or real estate sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of design trends, materials, and client expectations.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and client-focused.
• Own two-wheeler is mandatory (for client/site visits).
• Immediate joiners preferred.
