Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the interior design industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships. This role involves working closely with design and project teams to convert inquiries into projects and ensure client satisfaction from consultation to completion. Key Responsibilities: Generate and convert qualified leads through various channels (digital, walk-ins, referrals, etc.) Understand client needs and present customized interior solutions aligned with company offerings Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales to meet monthly and annual targets Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and industry influencers Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field 1–7 years of proven sales experience (preferably in interior design, real estate, or luxury products) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Benefits: Competitive salary with attractive commission structure Opportunities for growth within a creative and innovative environment Exposure to high-end design projects and clientele Performance-based incentives and bonuses Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
