Provide ongoing training, feedback, and guidance to improve individual and team performance. Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time to balance strategic planning with day-to-day operations. Preferred candidate Education: 12th Above Experience- Credit Card, Insurance, Loan Industry knowledge S kills and abilities Leadership: Ability to set goals, coach and motivate a sales team, and manage performance. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are critical. Sales acumen: A deep understanding of sales processes, the ability to drive sales closures, and a history of meeting or exceeding targets. Strategic thinking: Skills in analyzing sales data, developing strategies, and implementing sales plans. Problem-solving: Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions. Technical: Proficiency with CRM software for tracking and reporting is often required.
