Sr. Sales Manager

As a Senior Sales Executive at Markek International Certifications Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve identifying and targeting cooperative housing societies undergoing or planning redevelopment projects. You will be responsible for conducting client meetings, cold calls, and site visits to promote inspection services. Additionally, you will present Markek's inspection solutions to society committees and stakeholders, building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive repeat business. Collaboration with technical teams to align services with client requirements, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, and maintaining accurate CRM records of sales and interactions are also key responsibilities. Keeping yourself updated with market trends in redevelopment and construction is essential for this role. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in sales (real estate, construction, or related domains preferred). - Understanding of cooperative housing society operations and redevelopment is an added advantage.
