Sr. Sales Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Manager to drive strategic growth and lead our high-performing sales team to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of regional/territory sales managers and representatives.
• Identify new business opportunities and key market segments to drive growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales initiatives.
• Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
• Drive CRM adoption and ensure accurate reporting and pipeline management.
• Represent AJAX at industry events, trade shows, and key client meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 4 years in a senior sales leadership role.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving/exceeding sales targets in [relevant industry].
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Ability to travel as required (approx. 25–40%)
