Job Summary: The ELV Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems and components such as CCTV, access control, BMS, public address systems, structured cabling, and fire alarm systems. The role ensures timely acquisition of high-quality materials and services at competitive prices to support ongoing and upcoming projects. Key Responsibilities:Procurement & Sourcing Source and purchase ELV systems and components as per project and operational requirements. Identify and qualify reliable vendors and suppliers for ELV-related materials. Request and evaluate quotations, perform cost analysis, and ensure competitive pricing. Ensure timely placement of purchase orders and track deliveries to meet project deadlines. Supplier Management Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery. Conduct regular evaluations and performance reviews of vendors based on quality, pricing, and service. Negotiation & Contracting Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers. Prepare and manage procurement contracts and ensure compliance with legal and company standards. Inventory & Coordination Coordinate with warehouse and project teams to monitor inventory levels and project-specific needs. Work with engineering and technical teams to ensure materials meet technical specifications and standards. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate procurement records including purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and warranty documents. Generate regular reports on procurement status, supplier performance, and cost savings. Compliance & Quality Ensure all ELV materials comply with industry standards, local regulations, and project specifications. Assist in audits and ensure adherence to company procurement policies and ISO standards. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in ELV or MEP sectors. Knowledge of ELV systems and technical specifications (CCTV, ACS, BMS, fire alarm, etc.). Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Certifications: Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CPM) is a plus. Knowledge of local and international procurement laws and regulations. Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with fire hydrant systems, industrial safety equipment, and related regulations is a plus. Understanding of industrial procurement processes and supply chain operations. Working Conditions: Full-time position. Office-based with occasional site visits to vendors or industrial locations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
