Sr. Purchase Executive

Company: Rational Business Corporation Pvt Ltd.
Location: Ashok Vihar (Phase 3), Delhi
Working Days: 6 Days (Monday–Saturday)
Experience Required: 3+ years (Office / Corporate Purchase Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end purchase processes for materials, packaging items, printing items, and office supplies.
• Identify reliable vendors, obtain quotations, evaluate price comparisons, and negotiate for best rates.
• Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in coordination with the accounts and stores department.
• Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery and resolve any delays or discrepancies.
• Maintain updated vendor records, price lists, and purchase logs.
• Coordinate with internal departments (production, warehouse, marketing, sales) to understand requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and raise timely purchase requisitions.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
• Evaluate vendor performance regularly based on quality, pricing, and delivery.
• Assist in cost-saving initiatives and alternate vendor sourcing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in purchasing/procurement (preferably in stationery, printing, packaging, or manufacturing industry).
• Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, PO creation, and documentation.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹19,114.21 - ₹40,000.00 per month
