Job Description

JD Sr. Purchase Executive

Purchase civil, MEP, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, finishing, and interior materials.
Read BOQs, drawings, and specifications for accurate procurement.
Issue RFQs, compare quotations, negotiate rates, and place POs via ERP/Tally.
Ensure timely delivery and procurement within approved budgets.

Vendor & Supplier Management

Develop and manage vendor database.
Evaluate vendors on quality, pricing, and service.
Negotiate rates, contracts, and resolve supplier issues.

Coordination with Project & Site Teams

Coordinate with PMs, Site Engineers, QS, and Stores for material needs.
Ensure timely delivery to avoid project delays.
Follow up on approvals, GRNs, quality checks, and invoices.

Cost Control & MIS Reporting

Achieve cost savings through alternate sourcing.
Prepare rate comparisons, cost sheets, and procurement MIS.
Track deliveries, market rates, and vendor performance.

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain proper documentation of POs, agreements, and warranties.
Follow procurement policies and audit guidelines.
Assist in contracts for labour, shuttering, and machinery.

Skills & Qualifications

Graduate/Diploma/B.E. in Civil/Mechanical/Supply Chain.
38 years experience in real estate/construction procurement.
Strong knowledge of construction materials and vendor markets.
Excellent negotiation & coordination skills.
