Job Description

Location: Pune, Onsite (Work from Office) Senior Product Manager We're looking for a Senior Product Manager with 5+ years of experience managing products throughout the entire lifecycle—from discovery to market launch and ongoing optimization. Ideally, you've helped scale products and teams during critical growth phases. You'll take ownership of critical projects, ensuring products achieve business goals and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities : ● Lead comprehensive product discovery processes, including market research, customer interviews, data analysis, and validation. ● Own the product roadmap, execution strategy, and product delivery, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. ● Identify and pursue opportunities for growth, including user acquisition, customer retention, and revenue optimization. ● Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, pricing, and launch plans. ● Provide continuous support post-launch, leveraging feedback and analytics to drive product enhancements and growth initiatives. ● Engage and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as engineering, sales, marketing, customer support, and executive leadership to create exceptional B2B products. ● Independently manage projects, solve complex challenges, and deliver impactful results through strategic execution. Mandatory Requirements : ● 5+ years of proven product management experience covering the full product lifecycle. ● Experience in scaling products, particularly transitioning from early to mid-stage growth (e.g., 1-10 to 10-100 stages). ● Experience in B2B product management ● Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives independently and drive measurable business impact. ● GTM with marketing, sales & business teams for product launch ● Excellent communication, strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and stakeholder management skills.
