Sr. Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager at Smartsheet, you will play a crucial role in shaping the global success of the company by designing and delivering innovative capabilities that empower customers to drive meaningful change within their organizations. You will report to the Director of Product Management and collaborate with passionate teams worldwide to define the future of work collaboration. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define a vision and strategy based on company objectives, deep understanding of customer needs, and industry best practices - Partner with technical and product leaders to align strategy and platform investments - Lead pricing and packaging decisions and associated product/CX roadmaps - Present strategy, product concepts, and roadmap to senior leadership - Collaborate with research, design, and engineering teams to create compelling customer experiences - Use data to guide decision-making, experimentation, and evaluation of success - Conduct quantitative experiments and analysis to develop product capabilities customers love - Communicate strategy, product health, insights, and experimentation status effectively - Write product strategy, execution, and requirements documents - Form strong cross-team partnerships for combined product success **Qualifications Required:** - 7+ years of product management experience - Experience in partnering with engineering, design, user research, and marketing teams - Data-driven mentality with a focus on metrics, analytics, and experimentation - Strong presentation skills to influence senior management - Experience delivering complex consumer or B2B/enterprise software products - Interpersonal skills to build strategic cross-team partnerships - Technical degree or equivalent working experience with engineers - Legally eligible to work in India - Fluency in English Smartsheet is committed to creating a work environment where diverse perspectives are valued, and individuals are supported to explore, push boundaries, and grow beyond their roles.
