Job Description: Senior Marketing Manager
**Position:** Senior Marketing Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in branding, demand generation, campaign execution, and CXO-level outreach. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building brand presence, creating impactful campaigns, generating qualified leads, and positioning the company as a trusted industry leader. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent execution capabilities, and hands-on leadership in marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:Branding & Positioning
· Develop and execute strategies to strengthen brand visibility and positioning in the market.
· Build thought leadership campaigns targeted at C-level executives (CEO, CIO, CTO, CFO, etc.).
· Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels (website, social media, PR, events, collaterals).
· Partner with design/content teams to create impactful brand stories, case studies, and success showcases.
Campaign Planning & Execution
· Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, events, webinars, offline).
· Align campaigns with business objectives to generate qualified leads and increase market penetration.
· Track campaign ROI and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
· Drive account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives to target high-value enterprises.
Lead Generation & Demand Creation
· Design and implement lead generation strategies through multiple channels: SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, paid ads, email marketing, webinars, industry forums.
· Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through inbound and outbound marketing.
· Collaborate with the sales team to ensure high-quality lead handover and alignment with sales targets.
Content Strategy & Management
· Develop content strategies aligned with buyer personas and customer journey.
· Supervise the creation of blogs, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, videos, and thought leadership articles.
· Manage social media channels and optimize digital content for engagement and reach.
· Ensure all content is compelling, SEO-friendly, and positions the company as an industry authority.
CXO-Level Engagement & Market Reach
· Build executive-level outreach strategies through targeted events, roundtables, webinars, and networking.
· Nurture relationships with key industry leaders, decision-makers, and influencers.
· Work with PR/communications to secure media coverage, speaker opportunities, and panel participation.
Analytics & Reporting
· Track and analyze marketing KPIs: lead funnel, conversion rates, cost per lead, ROI of campaigns.
· Provide monthly and quarterly reports with insights and improvement strategies.
· Use tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
· 6–10 years of experience in B2B marketing (preferably in IT, SaaS, or technology sector).
· Proven expertise in branding, campaign execution, lead generation, and digital marketing.
· Strong understanding of ABM, CXO-level engagement, and enterprise marketing.
· Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
· Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM tools, and analytics platforms.
· Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
