Job Description

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you play a strategic role in leading product branding, crafting marketing strategies, and driving demand generation. Your responsibilities include: - Strategy: Building and executing product marketing strategies to enhance the success of solutions in the market. - Management: Leading, developing, and inspiring a team of marketers. - Product Champion: Providing valuable product marketing intelligence to inform overall marketing strategy. Being the internal and external evangelist for our solutions and monitoring their performance. - Customer Research: Developing detailed personas and understanding target markets to guide sales and marketing activities. - Market Intelligence: Maintaining a competitor comparison matrix to inform new product development, pricing strategies, and marketing tactics. Conducting strategic marketing analytics with a focus on short and long-term strategies. - Product Messaging: Developing product positioning and messaging based on customer research and competitor intelligence. - GTM: Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to create and support the go-to-market strategy. - Stakeholder Management: Engaging with various stakeholders and presenting regularly to the board. - Demand Generation: Creating a strong industry presence for inbound and outbound demand generation. Managing and optimizing the pipeline for Sales Funnel Creation. - Marketing Budget Management: Efficiently managing marketing budgets to maximize Return on Investments. - Data Analytics: Utilizing analytical abilities for data-driven decision-making and implementing processes to generate accurate data. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 12 years of marketing and branding experience in the IT/Software industry, with a preference for IT Product Marketing (SAAS) experience. - At least 4 years of experience in Channel Marketing. - Familiarity with tools like HubSpot and other outbound data tools. - Successful planning and execution of events/road shows in existing and new territories. - Proven track record of successful marketing programs and strategies. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for representation in domestic and international markets. - Leadership skills to lead and encourage team members towards excellence. - Education: MBA in Marketing from a reputed business school. This role is based in Ahmedabad and requires working from the office.,
