Job Description

As a Senior Marketing Manager in the cosmetics manufacturing industry, you will play a crucial role in driving brand growth, market expansion, and revenue generation through strategic marketing and sales strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. - Planning and overseeing brand campaigns, product launches, digital promotions, and trade marketing activities. - Conducting regular market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. - Collaborating with product development and production teams for effective product positioning, pricing, and packaging. - Strengthening brand identity through innovative marketing initiatives and communication strategies. In terms of sales and business development, you will be expected to: - Achieve assigned sales targets through effective channel management and customer engagement. - Identify and develop new business opportunities including distributors, retail partners, e-commerce platforms, and salons. - Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and sustainable growth. - Monitoring sales performance, preparing periodic sales and market share reports for management review. - Coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and collections. Your role will also involve team leadership and coordination: - Leading, guiding, and motivating the sales and marketing team to achieve departmental objectives. - Conducting regular performance reviews, training, and coaching sessions. - Collaborating with R&D, production, and finance departments for seamless execution of marketing and sales initiatives. Furthermore, you will be responsible for market expansion and strategy: - Exploring new domestic and international markets for cosmetics products. - Developing and strengthening distribution networks and sales channels. - Representing the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance visibility and generate leads. Qualifications & Skills required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - MBA (Marketing specialization preferred) candidates with an MBA and experience in cosmetics/personal care will be preferred. - 5-10 years of experience in the cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG industry with a proven track record in marketing and sales. - Strong understanding of branding, product positioning, and market development. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and MS Office. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
