Key Responsibilities:  Monitoring and Tracking: Continuously monitor accounts receivable to identify overdue payments and track collection efforts.  Communication with Clients: Contact clients to discuss overdue payments, negotiate payment plans, and resolve billing discrepancies.  Payment Processing: Process payments, refunds, and adjust billing errors.  Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of collection activities and client interactions.  Reporting: Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress.  Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints related to billing and payments.  Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including industry regulations. Skills and Qualifications:  Strong communication and negotiation skills.  Proficiency in using collection software and accounting systems.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.  Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to debt collection.
