Job Description

As a Senior Manager Marketing at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading and executing integrated marketing strategies across various channels in a B2B, technology-driven environment. Here is a breakdown of what you can expect in this role: Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated 360 marketing plan aligned with business objectives. You will lead brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies while defining annual marketing budgets and ROI metrics in consultation with leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute an integrated 360 marketing plan - Lead brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies - Define annual marketing budgets, ROI metrics, and performance benchmarks - Strengthen brand presence across all touchpoints - Drive brand storytelling, corporate communications, and thought leadership initiatives - Manage performance marketing, SEO/SEM, email automation, and social media campaigns - Create sector-specific campaigns targeting enterprise customers - Build and maintain sales, marketing, and customer success dashboards - Analyze conversion metrics and identify optimization opportunities - Coordinate with product, engineering, and GTM teams for impactful projects Qualifications: - MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field - 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in technology or SaaS industries In this role, you are expected to have proven experience in B2B marketing with exposure to both ATL & BTL strategies. You should have a strong grasp of branding, digital marketing, and analytics, along with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Additionally, hands-on experience with marketing and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and SEMrush will be beneficial.
