Job Title: Senior Video Editor About ZyBiSys: Zybisys, a leader in IT Services Space serving some of the leading Fintech Clients in India, seeks a talented Senior Video Editor to create compelling visual content that drives innovation and showcases our expertise. Role Overview: Lead our video content production, shaping visual storytelling and ensuring brand alignment. You'll manage projects, mentor a team, and create engaging content for a global audience. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Oversee multiple video projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Strategic Collaboration: Optimize digital assets (websites, landing pages, documentation) through video, enhancing brand visibility and attracting potential prospects. Visual Branding: Design and implement outstanding video templates and graphics to standardize the company's visual identity, improve efficiency, and create consistently attractive designs that resonate with our target audience. Team Management: Mentor and manage a team of young and talented video editors, fostering creativity, a positive environment, and encouraging the development of innovative content to increase brand impact. Training & Development: Implement learning plans for self and to keep the team updated on industry trends. Communication & Workflow: Streamline workflows through effective collaboration with all teams. Advanced Video Production: Execute complex editing tasks (cinematic shots, color grading, motion graphics). Content Strategy: Develop video strategies aligned with business goals. Technical Proficiency: Master advanced video editing and design software. Scripting & Storytelling: Create compelling narratives for technical concepts. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for all video content. Creative Content: Design social media posts, blog designs, flyers, and other creative assets. What We're Looking For : 5+ years of video editing experience (Preferably in IT Services Companies). Strong portfolio with cinematic, 3D motion graphics, and design examples. Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Proven leadership and communication skills. Ability to translate technical concepts into engaging visuals. What You’ll Do Social Media Graphics for All Platforms Design visually compelling posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails, and ad creatives tailored to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google Business using Canva, Adobe Express, and Adobe Creative Suite tools. Video & Reels Editing Edit short-form videos and reels with motion graphics, transitions, and captions using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or Adobe Express. Print Design Create professional-quality print materials such as brochures, banners, posters, menus, event collateral, and business cards that are aligned with each brand's identity. Logos & Branding Conceptualize and design impactful logos and brand elements that reflect the brand voice and stand out across digital and offline platforms. Multi-Team Collaboration Work closely with the marketing, content, and strategy teams to understand briefs and deliver creative assets that align with campaign goals and timelines. What We’re Looking For Experience 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong focus on digital media and social-first content. Tool Proficiency Must have: Canva, Adobe Express, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) Nice to have: CapCut, Vyond, or Figma Portfolio A strong portfolio is required, showcasing your best work across social media creatives, print designs, motion graphics/reels, and branding/logos. Creative Skills A strong sense of design, layout, color, and storytelling. Ability to turn simple ideas into scroll-stopping visuals.
