Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Video Editor to create compelling visual content that drives engagement and brand awareness across our digital channels. You'll work with raw footage and transform it into polished, platform-optimized videos that tell the Motozite story and showcase our luxury car inventory and services.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and assemble raw video footage into finished, high-quality videos for social media, website, and marketing campaigns

Optimize videos for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) with appropriate formats and specifications

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project briefs and creative objectives

Create engaging reels, testimonials, product demos, and promotional videos featuring luxury vehicles

Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, color grading, and audio elements to enhance video quality

Maintain brand consistency across all video content and visual storytelling

Manage project timelines and deliver content within tight deadlines

Organize and maintain video asset libraries and project files

Stay updated with latest video editing trends, platforms, and best practices

Provide creative input and suggestions for improving video content quality

Manage multiple concurrent projects without compromising quality

Required Qualifications

Proven 2-3+ years of experience as a professional video editor

Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of video editing styles and formats

Knowledge of video formats, codecs, compression techniques, and platform specifications

Excellent sense of timing, pacing, visual composition, and storytelling

Proficient in color correction, audio mixing, and post-production workflows

Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment

Strong organizational and time management skills

Attention to detail with a creative eye for visual aesthetics

Desired Qualifications

Experience with motion graphics and animation (After Effects)

Knowledge of basic sound design and audio editing

Familiarity with e-commerce or automotive industry content

Experience creating short-form content for social media platforms

Understanding of SEO optimization for video content

Bachelor's degree in Media, Film, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
