Job Title: Video Editor & VFX Artist (Product & Creative) Location: Mumbai Experience: 0 to 3 Years Preferred Tools: Blender, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects The Vibe We are looking for a visual mind that moves with the tide but knows how to cut through it. Someone who can shape motion, craft clean edits, and build CGI worlds that feel alive. We dont just want an editor who cuts footage; we want a technical artist who can take a product concept beneath the surface and bring it back sharper, deeper, and better. If you love creating work that feels fresh, dynamic, and impossible to scroll pastclimb aboard. What You Will Do Build the Visuals (CGI & VFX): Create photorealistic product renders and animations using Blender. You will be responsible for lighting, texturing, and animating products to make them look tangible and premium. Master the Edit: Edit short-form and long-form content using DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro. You will handle the pacing, rhythm, and narrative flow. Motion & Polish: Design kinetic typography, UI overlays, and motion graphics in After Effects or any software of your comfort to explain product features clearly and stylishly. Multi-Format Delivery: Adapt high-quality visuals for various platforms (16:9 for YouTube, 9:16 for Reels/Shorts, 1:1 for Ads) while maintaining visual integrity. Workflow Hygiene: Maintain a clean post-production pipeline. This includes organized project files, proper naming conventions (proxies, versioning), and archiving. Collaborate: Work closely with the creative crew to turn raw concepts into something that moves. The Toolbelt (Must-Haves) 3D/CGI: Experience on Blender (or Cinema 4D) for product animation and environment creation. Compositing: Proficient in visual effects and motion graphics. Editing/Color: Proficient in DaVinci Resolve (preferred for grading/editing) or Premiere Pro. The Eye: A keen sense of detail, color science, rhythm, and camera movement. Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points) Gen-AI Familiarity: Experience using tools like Midjourney, RunwayML, or ElevenLabs to accelerate workflows or create mood boards. Audio Basics: Ability to clean up VO, mix sound effects (SFX), and select music that fits the mood. Unreal Engine: Basic knowledge of real-time rendering is a massive plus. You should be able to deliver fast, on-brand outputs without needing constant hand-holding. Trend Aware: You follow visual trends without being dragged by them.
